1. Scope
This policy applies to the LUMISELA Photo app for iPhone and iPad (“the App”) and its official support website (“the Site”).
2. Information the App does not collect
The App has no accounts, advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, or location collection. Your images, edits, and documents are not sent to the developer’s servers.
3. Photos and files
- The App imports only the items you explicitly select through Apple’s system photo picker or file picker.
- Image processing and editing take place on your device.
- The App stores recovery data in its private on-device container to restore work after an unexpected interruption. Recovery data is not uploaded.
- You choose the export and sharing destination through Apple’s system share sheet.
- The App may create a temporary on-device file for sharing and removes it after the operation finishes.
4. Support inquiries
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message, and any attachments to respond and provide support. We use this information only as needed to answer inquiries, improve quality, prevent abuse, or comply with law. We do not sell it.
Email is processed through Google’s Gmail service. Do not send passwords, confidential information, or images you do not want to share.
5. The Site
The Site is hosted with Firebase Hosting (Google LLC). It contains no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or web contact form. Google may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and access time while providing the hosting service.

6. Security and retention
We limit access to support information and retain it no longer than reasonably necessary for support or legal obligations. You control App documents on your device and in the storage locations you choose.
7. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at a specific age group and does not intentionally collect identifying information in the App. Minors should consult a parent or guardian before sending a support inquiry when appropriate.
8. Policy changes
We may update this policy when the App, applicable law, or service providers change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
